Fat Burning Workout: Negative Split Running

This Fat Burning Workout uses a technique called Negative Splits. It’s an excellent way of pushing your cardio workouts to a new level.
The idea is simple; your aim is to do the second half of your run in a faster time than the first half. And don’t worry, it’s not complicated – although it will certainly test your fitness if you do it right
Here’s what you do:
Part-1: Run for 10 minutes in one direction
Part-2: Turn round and run back to the start but aiming to get back within 10 minutes.
